Thematic evaluations
Thematic evaluations have been undertaken by the Swedish National Agency for Higher Education about certain aspects of quality that are vital for standards within higher education, for example gender equality, diversity, third stream activities, internationalisation and student support. The evaluations have taken place throughout Sweden and, in this way, a national overview can be obtained and good examples highlighted. Thematic evaluations are however not included in the new quality assurance that started in 2011.
