It contains a description of the higher education sector, the structure of study programmes and qualifications, the admissions process, the quality assurance system and the process for recognising qualifications from abroad.

Appendix 1 presents the structure of qualifications. See diagram below.

Appendix 2 presents the qualification descriptors for first and second cycle.
